Challenge
The center got WhatsApp questions at all hours, many outside opening times, and every appointment was arranged by hand. Replies were slow and bookings were lost.
Solution
We built an assistant that answers with the center's own information (treatments, duration and policies), offers the available times and confirms the appointment in the same chat, with a reminder the day before. When a question needs it, it hands the conversation over to someone on the team.
