Challenge
The same questions kept arriving on WhatsApp: do you deliver to my area, which pizza should we get, until when do you take orders. Many came in after hours and went unanswered.
Solution
I built an assistant that lives on the website and answers instantly with the restaurant's own information: the menu with prices, the delivery areas and their cost, and the hours for dine-in and delivery. It recommends based on what the customer asks, says when orders are closed and hands over to WhatsApp to complete the order.
